In today’s world where social media is present in everything
we do, it is really important to make sure that you are presenting yourself in
the best light and by extension, presenting your company positively as
well.
You should always be aware of what you post and what others post
on your social media pages. It is easy
for an employer to simply Google you and see inappropriate content that you or
someone else has posted. Make sure what
you put online doesn’t paint your employer or your company in a negative light.
While you might be miserable in your desk job or dislike the
people you work with, don’t post about that on the Internet. It is unprofessional, inappropriate, and will
give an employer a reason to not like you (or worse, fire you). You must be mature and understand that what
is put on the Internet stays there forever.
Make sure you don’t put something on there that will haunt you in your
current or even future positions.
Resist the urge to post negatively online about your company
or specific people within that company.
Maintain your professional image both in person and online and be sure
to represent your company in the best light.

Most of the time I don’t make comments on websites, but I'd like to say that this article really forced me to do so. Really nice post!
